Loved the owners very much. So accommodating and fun!! This hotel was probably our favorite on our trip. Salzburg was also our favorite place we visited. - great stay. Only one night but it was a comfortable night

Self contained, private apartment in a residential block. The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. I needed after a long day of touring.

The hotel itself is very pleasant with a spacious room and bathroom, wellness center, free parking and a 15-minute bus ride to Salzburg's Old Town. The included breakfast was varied and fresh. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. -
