owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with
recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very

The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They
were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was
excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is
obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful.
A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in
a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.

The fit out of the lodge was done in excellent taste. The kitchen was set up perfectly - amazing appliances and a BBQ to boot! The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom jacuzzi was a treat!

It was on two floors with bedrooms on the second one. the two bedrooms are not adjacent, that was good for a little bit of privacy. Two separate toilets and one bathroom with a shower and a spa.

We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

I really loved this place, and of the three places we have stayed in Busselton this resort offered the best in terms of price, facilities and location.
1) Great to have a tennis court!

The place was big, clean and a great location. It was close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the town centre. TV, DVD Player, and stereo with iPod facility.
