  I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July. The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :) I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I would stay here again for sure! - ... vad folk säger » I like the people who man the reception office. They are professional - friendly & helpful esp Anthea & John. I visited other places whilst there, Emp Crown still tops the list and it is value for money. And also ec thank you for granting my request! Esp giving me the room in the women's dorm & lower bunk.

  Free pancakes every morning and the communal dinner on Sunday evenings. Nice comfortable bed in my single room. It's not the 'party hostel' so easy to sleep at night. Nice friendly staff and other people staying there. Lovely cats & dog. - The company and atmosphere was excellent, very clean and tidy.   I stayed in the female dorm for one night, the room was clean and proper, the weekend manager was very helpful to make a call to airport shuttle for me. Bathroom was also nice and clean, the guests were a nice people. This hostel is located in the quite neighborhood which allows you to have a nice deep sleep. And it is just few minutes walk to the... vad folk säger » crowd in James St, also few minutes walk to the CAT bus station that can get you around Perth for free. - I stayed in my own room with a queen bed. Very comfortable. No fridge in room but access to main fridges in share kitchen. The private rooms are a great compromise between having friendly international travellers around but not having to share a room if you like your privacy. Will be my first stop next time I stay in Perth.

  Hay Street Backpackers unlike many Backpackers in the big Australian cities were very clean and well organized, close to all the places that we were needed. I recommend it to everyone who wants stop in Perth. - All of the staff were lovely. The facilities were very clean and functional. Every thing I needed was very close by.   The Goolibah Lodge bacbackers was awesome place. I started my Australia trip alone but when I arrived to Coolibah Lodge I realized that I wasn't alone. I find my Australian family.   For short overnight stays, it is ideal, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The standard of accommodation, although quite good, does not meet the standard of the staff themselves, or the reception area.
