I rented a cot that was provided at a flat rate of $10 no matter how
many days we stayed. The cot was also very clean with sheets and blanket
that with attractive prints that children like. It is way better than
some of the cots I have rented at other apartments.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. The location was convenient, having a shop inside the hotel was so handy. Staff were very friendly, I liked being able to pay for a late check out. I had friends visit and they were impressed with the facilities and the cost was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and has great access to the Cat (free city Buses) services of Perth, also straight across the road is a mall with factory outlet stores for the shopper.

when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. -

Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also
included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair
friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't
include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all.
The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there

We booked executive one bedroom apartment. Pleasant villa like accomodation with good facilities including parking right outside door. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

everything was just great parking at the door, neighbours were close but we didn't hear them. plenty of room in the unit had everything you needed, the girl in the office was amazing. I had my mother and her sister with me and they said they could quite easily live there. thankyou for a great stay. -

It is right on the seafront and though we had a unit at the back, being upstairs we had a super view of the ocean and sunsets from our very private balcony across the roof top of the block in front. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was well eqipped, comfortable and clean. -

Each morning the bed was made up completely ie: they didn't just straighten the sheets and leave the bedspread off, as they do at many hotels I have stayed in. Each night when I returned it looked like a lovely fresh new room with my belongings in it.
