  Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

  on arrival staff were very pleasant & helpful especially for helping us with parking given that the hotle parking was full, the room was comfortable although the furniture setting seemed out of order, we did move the furniture (poor feng shui) to make it more comfortable for our stay.   Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities.   I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days.   We were a group of 2 young couples who stayed at the resort for 3 nights. We absolutely loved staying here. We managed to get a good deal and I am so glad that I snavelled it as it was worth every dollar. Situated right on the beach we could all come and go as we liked. Bbq areas are brilliant.
