  Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. As we were not there to spend time in the room just to have rest and sleep. Easy for the bus and the train. We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time.   Everything about my stay here was fantastic. It's a great place for reps travelling, couples and families. Staff fantastic, room was great in the tower (upgraded to this room,thank you) so close to everything including the beautiful lady bay walk. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

  We stayed at room no 1. The room was so nice, big n suitable for us.. A family if 5. The owner were so friendly and helpful. We stayed there just for a night.. We should have stay there for at least 2 nights and enjoy all the activities in Mornington Peninsular.   My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town.   It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight. However, It's the only road I can see alive kangaroos and there's spectacular farm view and silver star river by the cottage and BBQ equipment. It's definitely wonderful memory in my life.   läget nära flygplatsen - The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would
