The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly.
Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Kevin and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our check in to our check out 2 days later... The best 1 1/2 hr wine tasting in the region.. Lotus Villa was everything that we wanted. The restaurant was exceptional. Nothing to fault. Will definately be back again soon!

Absolutely stunning, clean, luxurious and modern rooms with a huge emphasis on glamour. Staff/owners went out of their way to accommodate both mine and my friend's family. We were in the suite with a courtyard. It was very spacious and well equipped with a nice outlook onto the courtyard garden.
The staff ( who were relieving the owners) were friendly and helpful.

we liked everything about this villa we were in except for the front steps we are all over 70 and pretty fit but the steps were steep. The back ones were better but didnt have a hand rail.But beside that the villa was beautiful clean comfortable beds nice outside.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. -
