Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating!
I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! But a gorgeous place!! -
