  All staff absolutely superb - friendly, helpful and attentive, reception staff and porters desk/concierge staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Room has excellent ammenities, was well designed for comfort and convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable.   We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.   Amazing location, luxurious rooms especially the beds and the bathrooms, balcony and windows you can actually open to stand on the balcony and look over the city. Staff were fabulous and staying at The Westin was so wonderful I didn't want to leave - ever. - The location and helpfulness of the staff were fabulous.   I had the best hotel experience ever at the Royce. From the grand foyer to the friendly but efficient staff to the beautifully clean and well appointed room, free internet in the foyer - I could go on and on... - The staff were lovely.
