Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. Bathroom had been updated recently and was nice and modern. Included a good quality hair dryer which was a nice plus too. Our hosts were the most welcoming you could hope for. The grounds and the gardens were superb. Our room was the perfect setting for a very special time away together as a couple. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room has a great and relaxing feel to it. Definitely would return again -

Loved the location - we booked this last minute for the Grand Final and
walked to and from the mcg - less than 15 mins. Also a short stroll to
Bridge Road for shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars. Already considering
a booking for next year's Grand Final. -
Loved the decor. It was very tasteful and had everything you could need for your comfort.

It was lovley, clean & nicely decorated accommodation . It was easily able to accommodate 6 of us in 3 bedrooms & with 3 bathrooms. We were able to walk across the road to go out dining, which was wonderful. It is also a 2 min walk to Hepburn Spring Spa, -
