They generally meet the standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here again only if the price represented better than most for value, as explained by my red comments.

  Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen facili... vad folk säger » ties. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

  Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town. Business shuttle to Art Centre is useful fro ... vad folk säger » some. - We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in. The staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

  Good location, great rooms, very clean, great staff, the standard of this hotel has improved a lot since I first stayed in 2004. - Every thing was lovely. Despite the fact it was on a major road, it was very quiet and restful. Staff were very helpful.

  Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Car parking is provided with Valet Service which worked very well for us (although it is not cheap). Rooms with river o - The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

So great stay. - I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

I was able to choose my room and staff went out of their way for me. - This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

  The waiter at the burger bar was fantastic - he really deserves to be acknowledged. My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. He entertained us for the night within his role and demonstrated how much he cares and contributes to his job and reputation of the resort.
