  Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The road in front of the apartment is pedestrians only - no traffic other than cycles so very peaceful.The complex has some very interesting nautical items outside which gives the place plenty of character. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

  Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position.   I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. Except in peak hours, driving to other locations in Adelaide is quick and easy. - The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed.   Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.
