The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge.

They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Miguel (at the front desk) and Maximo (restaurant manager) were awesome. Both are fluent in english, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to assist in our site seeing in BA. Maximo arranged a top 10 dinner at the Bo Bo Restaurant and then proceeded to wait on us! A great time. A fun boutique hotel in Palermo.
