Very friendly and went out of their way to help make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. Honestly, I thought the common areas were a little sterile, so thought I might look for a different place to stay. Once I got to know the staff, I stayed twice as long as I thought I would. Also, I thought the kitchen facilities were great and my room was very comfortable.
