The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge.

They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...
