  The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the challenge. In a word "perfecto". - Absolutely brill... vad folk säger » iant hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Would not hesitate on booking here again.

  Very classy boutique hotel. Excellent and friendly bilingual staff. Went extra lenghts to accomodate wishes. Breakfast is excellent and made upon desire at any time. The location is ideally for the trendy shopping, dining and club area of Palermo. Closest subway station is an easy 10mins walk. - Great hotel, personable staff, stunning architectur... vad folk säger » e, perfect location in central Palermo. I'm an American and used to hotels of this quality costing three to four times as much. Highly recommended.

  I like feeling as if I'm a part of a family rather than a room number. They all took time to get to know me and it was greatly appreciated. - Very charming with a family atmosphere. Very pleasant rooms including a patio area. We enjoyed our stay with Livian.

  Plenty of living area for relaxing as bed was upstairs in loft area.Great rooftrop swimming pool and jacuzzi. Local restaurants on doorstepare excellent value. Easy to get taxi into centre.   This was sich great value for money, great location (not even 5min walk to shops, bars and restaurants), helpful staff und high security. Woul totally recommend the place.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
