  Good location. Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost. Lots of choice of food at breakfast time. - Clean hotel, rooms of good size and standard. Breakfast had lots of choice. Free wifi and inet.

  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  We had booked a junior suite. The room was good sized with a small balcony. The room is large with a spectacular bathroom area.   Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  The location is great!!! Florida street, about 5 mins walk to the heart of Buenos Aires. Their staffs are friendly and helpful.
