  Good location. Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost. Lots of choice of food at breakfast time. - Clean hotel, rooms of good size and standard. Breakfast had lots of choice. Free wifi and inet.

  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  Sympathetic employees. We were charged exactly as previewed (it doesn't happen always in Sth. America). Good location in Microcentro (even though the renovation works at Calle Florida). Comfortable rooms with bathtube. - the location is good, the staff can spaek english and is very friendly. the room is big and very nice.
