They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner. Immediately they moved me to another room. - the clealiness was fantastic. infact it worth more than the money

Room - very comfortable. Good shelf of up-to-date books. Twin beds pushed together - very comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice bathroom. On rear of building, over courtyard, away from traffic noise. Ian, the owner, was helpful and available, as was the under manager (?) whom we met at breakfast. Quiet sitting rooms front and back. Excellent restaurant in Sheep Street (The Lamb) as Burford House chef away during our visit.

Extremely friendly welcome, attentive without being intrusive, really liked the fact that the room was left just to me without housekeeping entering during the day, meant I could leave any equipment where I had been working on it. Spotlessly clean, lovely natural light streaming through windows. For me nigh on perfect. -

Extremely friendly owner/staff. They were very accomodating and couldn't do enough to make our stay exactly as we wanted it. Anything you want Romney to do just ask and she will try her very best! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was large and inviting!!! You also have a guest dining room and lounge which was a lovely touch and we made use of all the rooms. wow!!!!!!!!! Never ever in my life stayed anywhere that even comes close to comparing to Brook Barn from the place itself to the service we received.. We cant stop talking about this wonderful place to friends and family and will be returning very soon!! - Everything was fantastic. The owners were lovely, the room was great, the food was delicious.
