Warborough B&B’s Moroccan Room is a double room with outdoor terrace, a king-size bed and luxurious mosaic-tiled en suite with Turkish plunge bath. The room has a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities, with the terrace equipped with a table and chairs and sun-beds, looking out over the garden to the Chiltern Hills.
The Rothko Room is a compact room with a balcony overlooking the front garden. An en suite tiled wet room has a power shower, and the room has a double bed, flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities.
Continental or full English breakfast is served, made with organic and locally sourced produce. There are freshly baked pastries and croissants, melon and pineapple and homemade marmalade, jam and honey.
A downstairs gym is equipped with shower and sauna, with guests able to make use of this for an additional charge. Beauty and therapy treatments can also be booked in advance.

Extremely friendly welcome, attentive without being intrusive, really liked the fact that the room was left just to me without housekeeping entering during the day, meant I could leave any equipment where I had been working on it. Spotlessly clean, lovely natural light streaming through windows. For me nigh on perfect.

Large spacious modern house. Stylish bedroom and fittings. Nice toiletries in bathroom and biscuits with tea. Feeling of luxury. Very ample breakfast.

We were made very welcome room breakfast host and location were great.
Well! this is an observation rather than a critisism. Next time I stay would probably ask for a room with a lighter bathroom. Personally I do not like dark places, but the room I was in was called the moroccon room, so decor probably fitted that.

No Sign saying B&B, so finding it was very hard !, nothing in room about fire regs, cash only NO cards excepted ! advertisement on-line said your able to explore gardens... in room manual says gardens are strictly out of bounds ! this is NOT at like a b&b.
