  wow!!!!!!!!! Never ever in my life stayed anywhere that even comes close to comparing to Brook Barn from the place itself to the service we received.. We cant stop talking about this wonderful place to friends and family and will be returning very soon!! - Everything was fantastic.   Biz is a very hospitable and helpful owner. We stayed in 'Robin' which is a specious room with a very comfortable bed. It was warm and cosy, I had a great nights sleep. Our breakfast was cooked to order which is definitely worth the wait as we both agreed it was delicious. I would recommend you try the sausage!   Everything was perfect for our one night stay while walking the Ridgeway. The staff were very friendly and fun. The food (and drink) in the pub was great. The rooms were very comfortable and peaceful.   From the booking in to the checking out the staff are superb and the whole establishment is run with an eye to perfect detail. The rooms are modern and very high spec with all the facilities you may require. The restaurant is fabulous for an evening meal and the breakfast in the morning was the best we have had in any hotel. Fantastic value for money. - Very good location in terms of access to Oxford centre and country walks. The accommodation is excellent, the room and ensuite was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It is evident that the hotel is well maintained and a great deal of time/effort has been taken to ensure that it is of the highest standard. The food whas extraordinary good and The Bells have a great Chef. The staff are very, very, very friendly and made every effort to make our short stay an enjoyable one.

  I have stayed there many times, starting in the mid 1970'S. It became a luxury hotel after that, and this is the first time I stayed in the more modern era. In general, I liked everything, but especially the staff. I feel they gave outstanding service. I arrived without a wallet and no money to pay the cab. The hotel staff graciously paid the cab ... что говорят » and put it on my bill, even though I had not yet registered. (My wallet had been temporarily lost.) - The hotel was charming and inviting. The location was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter visiting another child that is taking a gap year and is in the Oxford Tutorial College. she was able to get to us and we got around the town wonderfully. The staff were all helpful and informative. The environment was cozy and warm which was greatly appreciated because the weather was chilly and wet. Would definitely recommend to others.
