Everything, the staff were very friendly and very well mannered from the cleaners to the manager, it was very clean, the food fantastic, the rooms wonderful, just brilliant in every way. I took a shower at six in morning and for some reason shower won't stop. I went to reception and told them the problem. Surprisingly they had maintenance guys even at six in morning. Cane and fixed the problem in minutes.

I like the fact i can bring my dog here, and he can get plenty of exercise round the lovely lake. Its the second time i have been and is a great stop off point when going on long trips to the Isle of Skye or North of Scotland.I also have been given ground floor rooms with a balcony which is great, because the dog can have his water and food outside.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem to them and I felt safe and welcomed. I travel frequently south of the border and have never received such a nice welcome as I did here. We loved this hotel we stayed in a massive room bigger than our front room, My daughter had her own room and they had put a cot in our room to.
