  This is what we call a really nice, comfortable hotel, one in which you feel at home. Everything was perfect, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! We were sad to leave! - The staff dealt very efficiently with our wishes and gave us a very nice stay in their lovely hotel. They tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect.

  The staff were extremely friendly,courteous and helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left,house keeping was faultless,the meals and restaurant/bar staff fantastic.The location was brilliant with superb views over the lake,even the weather was glorious!altogether an excellent experience. - Hotel offers everything it promises to!   This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes.
