A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. The rooms at Premier Inns are of a similar standard and layout, so you know what you are getting ( and they provide comfortable beds and a good night guarantee). What really made our stay special was the excellent and friendly reception from the staff in the hotel, especially Bill on the front desk.

The room are comfy, clean and just whats needed. I the staff are well looked after and paid, they are a credit to the owners, especially in the bar/ restaurant, sadly we were there for a bereavement they could not of been kinder to us. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully in nicer circumstances. The food was excellent to.

The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Great location! Great staff! And a large dose of Highland charm! It is such a charming hotel- you can picture Queen Victoria strolling through it's halls. The bar/lounge area was super comfortable and had some great Scottish beers on tap. The cooked and cold breakfast selection was great and very tasty. The room breakfast is served in is delightful and welcoming with great views of the river. It's in walking distance to everything!

Excellent staff, available for very late check in time. Room very spacious and clean. Continental breakfast just right for us in a good time frame. Especially like the fact that we can take our pets in at no additional cost unlike certain other " low cost" chains. Location is handy for trips to either cities or beaches. -
