We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved how you could tick on a menu the night before what you would like for breakfast - my brie/tomato/bacon rosti was perfection especially as I could eat it whilst watching 2 red squirrels scampering around the garden overlooking the river. The Town House Boutique Bed and Breakfast in Perth proved to be the best of all the accommodation that was tried during our recent tour of Scotland.
A very spacious town house with views across the park, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished by the owners, it provided the perfect environment in which to enjoy the excellent service on offer.

Excellent communication and customer service in the build up to and during our stay. We came to Perth just to stay in these apartments and were not dissapointed as they are gorgeous. I cannot say compliment them enough. Definitely luxurious and charming. Wish we had more than one night! -

I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. welcoming b+b -very friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation
was excellent -comfortable, contemporary, immaculate and with thoughtful
extras. Definitely 5*. Food was very well presented, and of high quality
and home made (E.G.bread) Views from b+b rooms were lovely. Use of
homely but v fashionable lounge with log burning stove was a special
part of the stay. Would highly recommend this b+B.
