We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. The Town House Boutique Bed and Breakfast in Perth proved to be the best of all the accommodation that was tried during our recent tour of Scotland.
A very spacious town house with views across the park, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished by the owners, it provided the perfect environment in which to enjoy the excellent service on offer.

the location of the Rowans is delightful. The view of the expanse of the countryside to the mountains beyond from the breakfast table was wonderful. Ann and George are great hosts, friendly, but not too much. They pitch it just right. the breakfast was really good too and the house is immaculate. I would definitely recommend the Rowans. -

Beechgrove is a delightful guest-house with welcoming hosts. It is in easy walking distance across the river from the city centre (and I am elderly, walking with a cane). It is therefore close to Perth's own attractions without any of the bustle of a town (and noise from passing traffic below can easily be blocked out). Scone Palace is not far away and can be easily accessed by car or bus.

This place is really a gem. My wife and I stayed at Benvrackie last week
and from all the places we stayed in Scotland this was by far the best.
Colin and Barbara went out of their ways to make our stay pleasant. The
room was new, big, clean and comfortable. And the breakfasts, oh, the
breakfasts. Colin is really a chef (don't miss out on his porridge
