The rooms were beautiful and huge for what is sold as a standard room. The whole hotel and rooms are decorated well and the beds are very comfortable - we did not want to get up the next day to leave for our holiday!!
When we did drag ourselves from our rooms the breakfast had was lovely, what a selection, you would be hard pushed to complain. All 6 of us cannot wait to go back for the spa!

This Guesthouse was fantastic. Lovely guy who runs the place couldn't do enough for everyone. Great to talk to if you need advice about what to see and do nearby! Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities- exactly what we needed. Very spacious place with lots of different public areas meant we could wander about and not feel like we were creeping around someones house! We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.
