Hamid was very helpful the time we were at Chez Youssef. We changed our schedule at least 3 times because we were sick but it was totally no problem for him. He took good care of us. In the end I was really surprised because he didn't want to charge the room for the last night when my sick friend stayed there and I went to the desert. I think that says enough about him and the place.

We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W

it if it wasn't for some friendly locals. Food was delicous, the
best food we ate while traveling through Morocco. The staff are very

We were very well greeted by Ali and his staff. Ali quickly arranged
jeep and dromedary (no camels in Africa) trips for us. The room was
nicely decorated, Maroccan style. We had a wonderful evening meal under
the tent by the pool and all you can eat breakfast. Above all we got
what we came for, to see the desert, visit a different culture and meet
friendly people.

We really enjoyed the fantastic view and the delicious breakfast on the terrace. the rooms were clean, cozy and very stylish equipped. The service was absolutely perfect. The owners of Kasbah Azalay, Hamid, Mohamed (best moroccan driver!!!) and his brothers are doing an awesome job. Always in a good mood. We had a great camel trip and a 4x4 tour around the area.

Everything was perfect! We booked a room at Chez tonton and got a really big, nice and clean room in berber style. The staff was really friendly! La Source is located in the small village of Hassi Labied, a 15min drive from Merzouga and a short walking distance from the Great Dune of Erg Chebbi. The view is wonderful from their terrace. The auberge is clean and welcoming, brothers Omar and Said treated us as real friends and their sisters cooked the best tagines. We would love to go back to La Source and definitely recommend you to choose them.
