  We had an excellent stay in this authentic place, located just in front of big dunes of Erg Chebbi. The Guest gouse is located in Tiharien village (4 km from Merzouga). I've found this village much more pleasant than Merzouga. There are less hustlers pushing you to take a camel trip, it is cleaner and more relaxing.   Well, im still impressed about our trip to Merzouga! it was just awesome! When you remember something and you have a wide &happy smile on your face. Yes, it was about our experience with Marhaba camp. First, Said was really great and responsive when booking the trip, which was a good sign. He let me know what to be aware of (faux guides, cheats, etc.) and took precaution to make sure that I would not be led astray by some very convincing crooks who descend upon the buses carrying tourists.   Thanks Simo for your Hospitalite We enjoyed every last detail of our trip. Our guides were incredibly helpful, very kind and patient with our children. We arrived in the midst of a late night sand/rainstorm and yet Simo still came out to guide us back to our room. We were invited into their homes, fed like kings, catered too and truly felt not onl... o que as pessoas dizem » y at ease but also safe. We had been a bit worried traveling to Morocco with only woman and children, but the staff was very kind and we never felt a - Simo gave us a great welcome and after just 2 days I felt that he was a friend for life. He is a good organizer and yet considerate for travelers needs and requests. The camel rides were a great success and the spectacular desert scenery was refreshing and the night so quiet and star filled. Well done to everyone connected to this Holiday. We felt in love with the desert and its friendly people. We wish to come back soon. Thank you sSimo again

  We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! The food is the best I've had in Morocco (and I have been here for 2 months so far). The rooms are very spacious and spotless! If you don't stay here while in Merzouga, you are really missing something very special!
