I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The coffee was awesome

If we would have judged the hotel from the exterior and the surroundings
we would have not chosen to stay here. This hotel is very clean, rooms
are spacious, layout is great, and they have a microwave, fridge, and

Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina. Will be back sometime -

The staff was very hospitable and eager to help with suggestion, directions or any other request. Polite and responsive to each meeting we had with the staff. The rate was very good for the room as we stayed 4 days. Parking rate of $22 dollars seems high but the security of our rental out weighed the cost with peace of mind. I could actually s

It was easily accessible to other things to "see." We were there primarily to visit a young adult son who also had other things that needed to be done, but the location gave us things nearby to do in between times. But we were especially appreciative of the staff from the front desk to the Bistro to those who cleaned. They were friendly, helpful, interactive, and welcoming.

From the moment I arrived I felt very welcome .I felt like everyone was there just for me. It was just like being at home only better!
The meal at level 2 was great ,the service was superb .I think my servers name was James ,he was nice and easy to talk to .he was from Oahu so we talked about the island.

This is number 14 on our trip and the last stop.. Easy to get to, staff
were very good, very nice large enclosed garden area with pool etc.
Plenty of room for smoking if you do. This is a typical airport hotel
used by a lot of aircrew from the local airport. 10 mins from downtown

Staff; they were great. Whatever you do to train them to respond to customers, don't stop. Everyone I had contact with seemed eager to help in any way. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Pretty good hotel , with a pretty good staff . The room (king suite) is
pretty good also.
The hotel is very calm and cheap , and the shuttle lead you everywhere , anytime , in a range of 10 kilometers .
Bart and the Oackland airport are very close . And it take less then a hour to reach SFO international airport for a very cheap price .

Room was large, well equipped and clean.
AC unit bit poorly located to use trough the night.
Location of the hotel is good if you want to stay close to airport.
Otherwise neiborhood was bit "scary".
Nearby Wallmart did not feel very secure/comfortable for not "local" looking couple... Hotel provided courtesy shuttle bus to Wallmart and back, so we didn't need to park our expensive rental car in "risk zone" at the parking lot! Very good service!

Close proximity to the airport, excellent shuttle service to the airport and local restaurants (if you were there without a car or had already turned in your rental car), fresh baked cookies upon arrival, quiet room even though right next to the airport, large room, free continental breakfast, reasonable prices -

Great value for money, comfortable and clean hotel, near Oakland Airport.
I would like to personally thank GM Mike for helping us out with an issue.
Also Mike noticed that our bikes were sitting next to the car and moved them inside hotel in the middle of the night to make sure they're safe. Amazing service! -

The building itself is old and shows some wear, but it is clear the owners take pride in their facility. The paint, furnishings, and carpet were clean and all looked like brand new. The bed was quite comfortable and the location was great. Several good resturants within easy walking distance. Great balcony with patio furnishings. -

Liked my room with the private balcony on the second floor overlooking
the pool area.
ALSO LIKED THAT THE BUTTERCUP RESTAURANT WAS OPEN FOR BREAKFAST. THE RESTAURANT AT THE NEARBY JACK LONDON INN DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 10:00 AM.
