the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The motel was very clean and well appointed. Overall, the motel was above my expectations for the value. The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which

At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!! - It was much nicer than I expected. station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.
