One night stay coming in on a late night arrival from DFW - easy transit from SFO to hotel via shuttle. the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The motel was very clean and well appointed. Overall, the motel was above my expectations for the value. Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel.

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.
