The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The motel was very clean and well appointed. Overall, the motel was above my expectations for the value. Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order.
It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful.

Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom
wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely
torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not
disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed
we may have been disturbed however.
