  A very friendly welcome and accommodating, caring staff, especially Gail Simpson who was outstanding. She was entirely professional & nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed we may have been disturbed however.

  Front desk staff were very friendly and organized! Very helpful finding us transport to our concert venue. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. We are planning to come back in Feb. 2014! - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. . even peaceful and quiet although close to the airport.

  Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine.
