  A very friendly welcome and accommodating, caring staff, especially Gail Simpson who was outstanding. She was entirely professional & nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed we may have been disturbed however.

  Breakfast was great! Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful to be in at the end of a day of touring San Francisco. Accommodating to our requests for more blankets and pillows. - Everything! The hotel staff was simply amazing. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a great anniversary.

  This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. They were both extremely friendly. Daniel told us about all of the events around the hotel and made us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.
