We liked the fact that Premier Inn does exactly what it advertises it does: provides clean, comfortable, economy accommodation. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Every single staff member - from desk staff to cleaners - was pleasant, approachable and went out of their way to help. There was a problem at check-in because we were not booked in, but both staff members involved in solving the problem did so with calm, courteous efficiency and no fuss. wszystkie opinie » We stayed for 4 days, all the staff were very friendly, and liked to have a chat, but they were very efficient and made sure we had all we wanted. We enjoyed the breakfasts which had plenty of choice, cereals toast, full english everything you could want. We also had an evening meal which was lovely.The room was clean and comfortable. We are big tea drinkers, we asked for more milk and tea bags that was no problem. We asked for the way to a restaurant and they were only to pleased to show direc. The Staff were ever so helpful to us at all times more than one would expect, with directions and forward booking one staff member female Helen and 2 other girls blonde were exceptionally helpful.A Male staff membr googled the directions for us to go to Bath and from their to London your staff are excellent, will be recommending Premier Inn accommodation without a doubt. Excellent stay, brilliant staff they really made the difference, even before i got to the hotel, they were sooo helpful, i would i definitely recommend, special thanks to Laura and Nicola who were really helpful and patient and the gentleman on night duty at the receptionist at about 5am on the morning of the 22nd give that man a pay rise many thanks will come again. Very impressed with the meals, we ate dinner on each of the three nights that we stayed and found the quality and presentation of the food to be of high restaurant standard. We were most pleasantly surprised and impressed. There was also a very pleasant outdoor seating area which led directly from the dining room. literally a five-minute walk to the town centre, within touching distance of the amenities and Shakespeare's birthplace. A beautiful town steeped in history. Parking for a pound- an if you fancy, you're right by a canal so with the right weather you can walk into town that way (again just a mere 5-minutes). Well situated for a Shakespeare sight seeing visit to Stratford. Good restaurant which served a lovely breakfast and evening meals. Just not very big for the amount of guests- you had to wait for a table. Only a small bar area to relax in ghe evening could also do with being larger . Good location. five minute walk into centre of Stratford. Very clean, staff very helpful, especially the young man who was on reception when we checked in at lunch time on 22/7/13. He went out of his way to help. Ability to park until 12.00 noon the next day at reasonable cost. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, the room was very clean and comfortable and although in a slightly industrial setting, we had a nice view of the canal and barges through our window.We would like to commend Luke as being extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of tables for breakfast despite being very busy. Safe hotel as good security using your room key to access lifts, doors and stairs. The hotel is very well located for easy on-foot access to Stratford town centre. It is comfortable and the food standard is good. Only that the windows didn't open, but I suspect this is general hotel policy for understandable reasons. You can't open the windows but the air conditioning was effective. It doesn't take long to cool down, you can adjust it as you like. Also, make sure you go out to the car everyday to pay for parking, £3 for Premier Inn residents. Nothing. There were limited parking spaces and some of the parking was next to a public footpath. I did notice however that this parking was covered by cctv which could clearly be seen in the bar area. The hotel rooms were quite cold-and not very big but adequate for the price. Nothing to dislike. The fact that the TV kept losing the signal and although we reported it each of the three mornings we stayed it did not improve. However we were given a refund of one night's costs. The Tv is of particular importance to us as being senior citizens and having some disabilities (this was a disabled room) we spent evenings after 6pm in our room so not having tv did take some pleasure from our stay. We arrived a little early and male receptionist very short with us and no welcome. We went away and he was transformed into a very helpful lovely receptionist who could not do enough. Couldn't really fault it. Rather noisy extractor fan in bathroom. May have been faulty. Not being able to get the window open even a little for some natural air. Nothing. Too short a stay!. Check in was not very efficient. Some confusion over my booking, I had booked three double rooms, but sorted out eventually. Needed two keys for our room but had to wait four hours for second key. Parking ticket machine tricky , but June in Hotel sorted it quickly. There's never enough supplies of milk and sugar in the rooms!. Nothing. Nothing. nothing to dislike. When I first went to bed there was a background noise (like a compressor) but this stopped at midnight, so ok. No negative comments. Fire alarm (false! ) awaking us up in the middle of the night. Nothing really to dislike. Rather expensive parking facility. Nothing. Could have done with more available tables in bar area as most were for diners. There is no mini bar in the room. Room should have been ready to check into at 2pm but it was nearer 3pm when we could check in as our room hadn't finished being cleaned. On letsbookhotel.com information it states that the on site prking is £1 per day but it is actually £3 per day. The family room is essentially a double room with 2 extra beds crammed in. This is fine however the reception staff made it sound like it was a specially adapted room. I would like to have hooks on back of bathroom door to hang clothes while showering. The pillows are supposedly either firm or soft (?medium), but actually it was difficult to tell the difference. They were rather squashed down, perhaps that was the reason. Couldn't open the window. Nothing comes to mind. The only down side for us was that we had a disabled room and would have preferred a normal room. The fact that there was no grab handle on the wall, and I have slight mobility problems, and had to ask my husband for assistance. Due to the amount of people staying in the hotel the breakfast room is to small. The service however and helpfulness of staff was exceptional. WiFi connectivity (30 mins free or 3 pound charge for 24 hour access) was poor in the room I occupied. Had to bring iPad downstairs to be nearer to router. Car parking is 'pay and display' (3 pounds daily).
