The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The room was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. The later checking out time - 12pm- is great as is the left luggage facility which meant we could explore the city for the 5 hours we had before our train home. The staff were universally helpful - would definitely come here again. wszystkie opinie »
The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain.
Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.
We had a lovely time. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has a really excellent location - about three minutes walk from the RSC and right next to the main shopping area. The room was comfortable and clean and though the hotel is adjacent to a main road, our room was very quiet.
Very good budget hotel and within the city center and walking distance to all tourist attractions. Perfectly placed especially since we have young family.
Good breakfast and clean rooms, and friendly staff.
The staff. Very efficient, no waiting, excellent service. Young man at breakfast Thurs 30-05 stood out; great service and had mastered right amount on inquiring after welfare without becoming intrusive.
Comfortable, clean & a friendly helpful staff.
superb breakfast choice (eat as much as you like)
T.v, hairdryer,kettle all available & a spot less bath/shower suite.
Very friendly staff who were eager to please. Excellent choice for breakfast. Central for all amenities , short walk to theatre. Will certainly be staying here again.
Excellent location in centre of Stratford upon Avon.
Good clean room, perfect for what we needed which was a god night's sleep in the centre of Stratford upon Avon.
The hotel is in an excellent location, rooms clean & spacious. Staff who greeted us helpful & obliging. Restaurant very good for drinks & breakfast.
The cleanliness of the room couldn't be faulted and the main bed in the family room was comfortable. Mitch at breakfast was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Convenient location. Very friendly staff (Caroline) carefully selected room for us. Good sized comfortable, quiet room. Disabled parking space.
Great location, great staff rooms were exactly like the photos. Rooms
were excellent. Very clean. Breakfast was lovely great choice!.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also very close to the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre, the centre and shops.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Daughter had a flat car battery and the night receptionist was extremely kind and helpful.
Very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this hotel. Great location with easy access to all the attractions in S-on-A.
We liked it close to town and places to see, places to eat and drink, we
liked the staff and the clean comfy room and bed,.
loved everything from being welcomed on arrival to my departure. Food excellent, chef very friendly, rooms like new.
Rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The central position was most useful when we went to the RSC.
Perfect location -- visible from the RSC theatre. Modern, well-run hotel, good breakfast, friendly reception.
Quiet, comfortable, in a very good location for the town centre.
Very good value for money and helpful staff.
The room was up to the usual good standard, so we had no complaints
regarding the accommodation in the room.
Excellent choice and well cooked breakfasts.
Very friendly and efficient staff on arrival and at breakfast.

Great central location, very comfy room, friendly staff.
Location , comfortable sleep , bar area clean rooms .
Excellent location really nice room, brilliant price.
Value for money, comfortable, clean rooms with air con.
No negatives.
There is no car park for guests, cars have to be left in one of the adjacent council car parks, at a cost.
Layout of the hotel is unusual, with reception up on the first floor, and only a very slow disabled access lift between this and ground.
There is no parking but we were directed to a good and very reasonable car park close by.
No parking and you will have to use Pay and Display parking that available near to the Hotel. The parking charges are expensive.
The family room was not per my expectation especially since I have traveled extensively in US and India where larger rooms are the norm. I thought we shall get a bigger room instead of sofa cum bed and additional bed....This positive was we only came over in the night to sleep.
The room had a skylight, no window which was depressing. The room had a settee which was made up as a bed which we didn't need, despite saying housekeeping would take bedding off the next day that did not happen, so we had to do it ourselves; but it was really a bed without covers, not a comfy seat. Only 1 chair, so if not going out you had to sit on the bed. Was not keen on the noise of the heating/ air conditioning.
Room was not very warm (despite the thermostat turned up high).
View from window was a brick wall..!).
It was a bit of a hike to the ground floor room - up the stairs to reception, then back down another set of stairs & along lots of corridors to the room - but receptionist explained a much quicker way to get in & out of the hotel using the key fob.
Steps to get in & lack of close parking with young children was inconvenient. One staff member was unfriendly & let the others down.
The room was extremely hot and therefore very uncomfortable. We turned the air temperature right down however it made no noticeable difference. We had two children with us aged 10 and 11 and therefore were in a family room. The double bed and one of the single's were comfortable, however our 11 year old was what appeared to be a pop up/mobile bed and she reported it was very uncomfortable. She said she could feel springs. On testing this claim, unfortunately I found it to be true.
No parking. Had to pay £15 to park for two days.
A long way to my room.
The noise from the water pumping system. Sounds like a pneumatic drill!.
We didn't like paying £10 a day for car park, and we got lost in inn
a funny way to get to rooms, like a maze, but not a great problem, so
car park was main dislike,.
very petty but do to nerves as was running a first marathon would have liked a loo brush in toilet.
A lack of parking was a downside, although we were able to drop off and pick up at a pub across the road. The lift up to reception was incredibly slow and out of order on the day we left.
The hotel is moving towards automated check-in using machines in reception, however we were helped with this. Car parking not available or offered at a subsidised rate as some hotels do.
The passenger lift was dreadfully slow. The lack of on site parking
facilities The failure to obtain a meal about 9.30pm because the
Restaurant had an unexpected party arrive for a meal which meant the
kitchen had run out of food Also the Receptionist was on the second
floor without a receptionist.
Also the Reception area was on the second floor, without a receptionist on
duty.
Lighting in bathroom not adequate (Bulbs gone) and not enough pressure on shower.
Reception up two flights of stairs, small very slow lift from ground floor.
Would have been nice to have onsite parking.
Quite a warren of a building.
No shampoo and conditioner.
lots of stairs
no car park.
There was no parking and it was expensive to park. The pillows were terrible and my wife felt a matress spring. Someone upstairs kept on walking about because the floor boards were creaking every time.
No criticism really, parking difficult but not fault of Premier Inn.
Suggest mirror put in better place in room 116 but not a major concern.
Cost of breakfast.
Room on a corridor and next to a short flight of stairs which were
very noisy. Unable to change rooms as we were advised that the
hotel was full.
scrambled eggs had been sat there a long time.
We found a false eyelash next to the bed. We didn't complain because we tend not to, but it was rather distasteful!.
The card to get in the room kept stopping working.
Could have done with the room getting warmer when I put on heating.
no parking on site.
nothing.
Slow lift.
Rooms a bit up stairs and down stairs, not easy to navigate floors.
no parking.
Lack of Car Parking.
Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was no fresh fruit. Parking is off site.
Misleading signs to areas of hotel ,ie rooms and lifts seem to go up and down trying find reception etc . Also not very practical with young child in a buggy as you have stairs to negotiate especially when your room is right other end hotel . Parking , pay a fee to stay in hotel but then have seek other ways to park vehicle , more costs .
No on site parking.
