Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing.
