Bar pleasant atmosphere with opportunity for civilised chat and drink. Pleasant, helpful, courteous staff. Location in centre of city but rooms very quiet.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, right in the centre of town, fantastic courtyard with restaurants to the back of the hotel, and it was such a beautiful weekend that you felt you where abroad. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel.

Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great. My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. Although there is limited Parking (60 spaces) do not let this put you off. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
