This is a little out of the way and not easy to get to with public transportation, but we were extremely happy we made the effort to stop here. We very much enjoyed our stay here. A great welcome, Friendly, Clean, Would have stayed longer but we was booked in across the road at the Craig y nos castle which i'm sorry the rooms are not worth the money at £150 per night but this B & B is 100% Worth the money for £65 per night so me and my husband recommend this totally.

The setting is idyllic, with wonderful views across the lake. A great venue for lovers of nature & wildlife, and particularly good for birdwatching.

Friendly and efficient staff (we were given print out maps of the sites we enquired about which were really useful.
We also liked the fact that restaurant and Bar food was available, both with a view on the lake - we only tested the Bar which was excellent.
The room, with both shower and huge bath tub, extra large and firm bed - we had an excellent night sleep.
Fantastic view on the lake.

Helpful staff who showed us all around the hotel and provided us with a travel cot. Upgrade to a very large family room. Good breakfast. Can't fault really particularly for the very reasonable price - The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The grounds with the river running through were beautiful and the hotel was very well kept.

Ground floor twin room is ideal for people who can't do stairs. Convenient wet room shower en suite. Easy free parking and easy access to outside seating. Everything! The rooms were full of character and contained everything you'd need. The staff were very helpful and the food was great! The price was nothing to complain about either! - Overall it was one of the best three star hotels I have stayed in. By far better than many four star rated hotels

The cottage was warm and inviting after a long day out on the hills it was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed for a cosy night in. the views in the morning were stunning, a very enjoyable stay.
