  The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

  Everything was fantastic! The room was really clean, bathroom was fantastic, bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. The staff were really accomodating.   Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, and the pub food downstairs was wonderful - we couldnt fault this hotel on the staff and cleanliness, we were given a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and a good size.

  Everything! It started from the moment I arrived - greeted warmly and made welcome with every amenity. Owners very helpful and well experienced in providing excellent hospitality.   Wow what an awesome stay! very friendly, super easy and lovely rooms. Would 1000% stay again! The food was great, the service was fantastic. Great location for us in regards to photographing a wedding over at at elms barn - suffolk.
