We arrived on our motorcycles from a very long and hard 3 hour ride to a very welcoming greeting from Carol and Terry.....Instantly waving us into the back garden where they have a lovely secure yard for our bikes to be locked away.
We stayed for 2nights and I have to say we wish we could have stayed longer.....It was absolutely wonderful, the rooms are excellent and the staff are equally held in high regard.
We would not hesitate in recommending the Cleasewood Guesthouse to anyone visiting the

Location is great as well, just a short drive from Thetford forest where there are walking paths in the nearby arboretum. Also not far from Oxburgh -
as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment. Very good location for walkers and a rlaxing break for the peace and quite lifestyle. A wonderful little family run b&b literally a minute walk from the seafront stretch. This hotel is in the heart of everything and a lot of recommendations for attractions and restaurants are in your welcome book in your room as well as some helpful leaflets which we used quite a few of for our outings.

We paid extra for parking and car was in a electric gated car park opposite the apartment. Met on arrival and shown to our room. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge. There were also tea/coffee, biscuits and a some mini cereal boxes. More than enough to tide

Gary and Julie were very welcoming and helpful. Our stay was excellent with extra luxuries included in the price such as fresh fruit and fresh flowers in our room. Rooms were very clean and large, supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large choice at breakfast all fresh and locally sorced, we opted for full English which was fit for a king. Over all price was excellent value for money if you choice this b&b you will not be disappointed.

Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

We received a friendly walm welcome with tea and coffee, which was much needed after our long journey, the owners know the local area really well and recomended some great places to eat, breakfast was very filling and tasted great. All 3 of us said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever stayed in. We will be returning again soon.

Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the
private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially
liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the
castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite
room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home
made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change
from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will
definitely be stay
