  The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

  Very friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, and the pub food downstairs was wonderful - we couldnt fault this hotel on the staff and cleanliness, we were given a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and a good size.

  Everything! It started from the moment I arrived - greeted warmly and made welcome with every amenity. Owners very helpful and well experienced in providing excellent hospitality. Could not have made a better choice. Quiet Hotel in great position close to main mall and beach. Food excellent - especially the veggie breakfast which set me up for ... wat mensen zeggen » the day! Made my holiday special! Thanks Bromley xx - The room, food and hospitality was superb. We had an excellent stay for valentines with flowres and chocs in our room. Nice to be greeted with a cuppa and a heart shaped biscuit! This hotel once again fulfilled all our expectations. We will be back again in the summer. Thanks again for a memorable stay.

  Wow what an awesome stay! very friendly, super easy and lovely rooms. Would 1000% stay again! The food was great, the service was fantastic. Great location for us in regards to photographing a wedding over at at elms barn - suffolk. True hidden gem, it looked like a regular (but nice!) pub from the outside, once in I thought the interior was very ... wat mensen zeggen » good and well thought out. I am hoping for more work out that way.... just so we can stay again! See you soon Pier Hotel! :) x - The location was good,but best of all was the staff,from the manageress down they were just great,so helpful and friendly,the food was lovely we had breakfast each morning which set us up for the rest of the day.We went out and about each day but always came back for our evening meal,the food is excellent,great menu and they have one of the best chiefs around,keep up the good work you are all a cedit to The Pier Hotel.
