  Our studio apartment was of an extremely high standard. Furnishings and equipment were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We had only one night so were unable to use the leisure facilites but the pool looked wonderful and the beach was only a short walk from our villa. We stayed in Jan so thought the resturant would be serving a reduced menu, however this was not the case and the food was absolutely lovely!!

  If I have to stay in this area again, I will always use this hotel. Leisure facilities were excellent....and clean! Good standards here and all seemed well maintained. I could have had a party in my bathroom.   I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.

  I think you would have to be very critical not to enjoy your stay here. We could not fault it. Staff where very obliging the rooms clean and tidy and of a very good standard plus you can use the health club all in. Breakfast buffet style and that was great too. Its a 5min cab ride into Kings Lynn thats all and a lovely complex in a quiet location. ... wat mensen zeggen » Very much recommended. - The hotel and staff were superb and the room and bed were brilliant after a v.long drive. Would definitely stay there again for business or pleasure.

  A great place to stay in a lovely small town, the rooms are in need of updating which is reflected in the price.
