The Hotel was clean. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. We had a problem with a DVD player in our room which was dealt with in a professional manner and when a replacement could not be found at short notice we were upgraded free of charge. - Pretty much everything. The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

I used the hotel to await a travelling companion and the moved on to our appointment the next morning. Bar facilities adequate. staff friendly and helpful. This is an excellent budget friendly hotel. Our room was large; very comfortable with arm chairs; and above all serviced throughout our stay. The room was ideal and we could park outside and bring our luggage in and out. Very warm and comfortable with a very good television. We had a very good meal that evening in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff could not be more helpful and replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps when I couldn't get them to work. Also the staff came and showed me how to lock the door when I couldn't do it.

Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.
