The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

I was too late for the restaurant but the bar provided a very nice choice, I had tuna salad sanwich and a glass of wine, just right. The room was fine and the bath and hot water lovely. The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

I used the hotel to await a travelling companion and the moved on to our appointment the next morning. Bar facilities adequate. staff friendly and helpful. This is an excellent budget friendly hotel. Our room was large; very comfortable with arm chairs; and above all serviced throughout our stay. The room was ideal and we could park outside and bring our luggage in and out. Very warm and comfortable with a very good television. We had a very good meal that evening in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff could not be more helpful and replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps when I couldn't get them to work. Also the staff came and showed me how to lock the door when I couldn't do it.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Very upmarket feel to the corridors and the room was very nice - Because of my mother we had to have a room for disabled. This was excellent as there were two bathrooms.

Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.
