  Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. This hotel is in an excellent location quite near the main street with shops, bars etc. Also it is beside the bus station which allows you to easily get to Cheshire Oaks outlet park and Chester Zoo. The room was very well appointed and catered for all our needs, eg air con, large comfortable bed, plasma screen and very quiet at night. Also a beautiful ensuite. Excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were very efficient and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

  We were upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and there were touches of luxury such as the ample supply of Elemis toiletries in the bathroom and on the dressing table. The towels and bathrobes were white and fluffy and the bedding was Egyptian cotton.
