The hotel is lovely, a perfect escape from the hustle of Chaing Mai. Location to town is close enough for walking but also far enough not to be aware of the noisy streets. Breakfast and pool facilities are very good, as was the staff.

The staff was smiling and extremely helpful. Found all areas of the hotel to be immaculate. breakfast included a great variety of good food. - Location and extreme good value for money in a classical hotel, where every thing functions - including a powerful hot water shower - which is rare in many new boutique hotels that are much higher priced.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are not new but in good conditions. The hotel room are designed like 1930/40 years, romantic and comfort. I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.

The room was really spacious and very cosy. It was so cosy that we didn't feel like leaving the room at times.
The staff were very friendly. On check out day, the bellhop, Neng, was so sweet to help us look for a tuk tuk when he learnt that we were checking out at 2pm. To top that, the manager of the Front Desk offered us a free tansfer to the airport. Such actions showed their care for the guests. Kudos to their excellent services!
