If you want to stay in a Thai district (not very touristic) and near a market: go for it :) It is a rather quiet neighbourhood. We liked it here and would come back. -

All the rooms are very charming and unique, and although we booked a particular room already, the staff was nice enough to let us check out all the available rooms and choose one we liked when we arrived. We loved the Ayutthaya room.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was really nice, with free natural shampoo, conditionor and shower gel. This is a proper spa resort with a tranquil feel. Breakfast was incredible with both western and Thai of a very high standard. I recommend the pancakes! We would really recommend this hotel.

The friendliness and respect of the staff. The food and service was great. I would step out the front door of the Aruntara and there was a security officer to make sure I got a taxi or more importantly get across the street.

The hotel is 5 minutes driving distance from the center. motorcycle can be rented at the hotel up to 250B. Seven/ Eleven in walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and lovley designet. Very pleasant is the jacuzzi in the room. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Very good service.

The hotel is lovely, a perfect escape from the hustle of Chaing Mai. Location to town is close enough for walking but also far enough not to be aware of the noisy streets. Breakfast and pool facilities are very good, as was the staff.

Found all areas of the hotel to be immaculate. breakfast included a great variety of good food. - Location and extreme good value for money in a classical hotel, where every thing functions - including a powerful hot water shower - which is rare in many new boutique hotels that are much higher priced.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are not new but in good conditions. The hotel room are designed like 1930/40 years, romantic and comfort. We were four travelled together, stayed in Room 9 and 10, these two room can be connected, very convinient also for family travel with kids. -
