Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

Amazingly convenient if arriving by train or on the bus from the Airport. Reception staff were very friendly, room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a low table as well as a desk and chair. I have stayed at Ibis many times and the staff are always wonderful both reception & room staff. I had a back injury this trip and when I checked in David on reception was at my room shortly after me with a bucket of ice for my back & would not accept a tip but wished me well in my recovery. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena. Easy to grab a taxi along Jolimont Rd and only a 10 min walk into the city. Lovely facilities, basic but comfortable. Train close by but we could barely hear it unless the windows were open. Great breakfast. -

It was a perfect place for me to stay. I was only there to sleep as the
people I went to Melb to see lived around the corner. It was also easy
to get into Melb on the tram, via interesting stre ets eg Gertrude and
Smith. The staff were eager to help ie. Wake up call and call for taxi.

Staff were absolutely brilliant,had time for all our questions and were very friendly. Special thanks to Gail at front desk, she helped us out after we left valuables in the room after check out, was not a problem at all.

The room layout was good, beds were comfy, heaps of wardrobe space, great size bathroom and pretty quiet. We weren't in Melbourne for business or leisure but a hospital procedure - and did feel safe there on my own when partner in hospital. No problems cancelling 1 night when due to hospital muck ups. -

The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Not too far from shopping in Bourke St Mall. -
